Coach Porter is the best of the best. I have talked to him a few times and each time I learn something valuable and important while speaking to him. Truly believe he wants the best for his athletes. He focuses on character building which says a lot about him as a person. Be on Coach Porter’s team if possible. There’s a reason why he is successful, and even one of the most successful rowing coaches of all time.
